Some Do!

One is not born into the world to do everything but to do something.    -  Henry David Thoreau

The Scoreboard for Good Deeds

What is Some Do?

You earn points by volunteering at the local hospital, coaching a little league team, donating time at your church, or any other good deed that before now, maybe wasn't recognized as it should have been.

Well, now we have Some Do, a place where we can recognize those good deeds. Once you have earned ten Some Do reward points, you can begin bestowing points on other good-deed-doers.

A point equates to an approximately one hour of volunteering, or donating blood.

Just some of the organizations that can benefit

  • Hospitals
  • Youth Sports Leagues, points for coaches and other volunteers
  • Blood donation
  • Religious Organizations
  • Scouting Groups
  • What are we missing?

Once an individual reaches ten points, they can choose individuals they feel deserve to receive a point. An individual can assign up to 10 percent of the points they have. Giving points does not reduce the points that you have.

You and Some Do!

We hope to kick off Some Do! in the summer of 2013. We'd love to have your help. Whether you're a graphic designer that could add some pizzazz to our logo (is that a logo?), or a member of an organization that could use Some Do! to increase volunteer levels, we'd love to hear from you. Send us an email at SomeDo.Org
